2016 National Grand Prix – Agility

On the October long weekend, 22 of our club members travelled to Tamworth to compete at the Agility Dog Association of Australia’s National Grand Prix (NGP). NGP is held over 4 days in 3 indoor rings at the AELEC centre. Competitors travel from all over Australia to attend and this year saw a record number of entries. Our own Matisse Martin attended NGP for the first time this year and was interviewed for the local television news. This year’s event was fabulous with some fantastic courses set by the main judges, Andy Hartman from USA and PADS’ own Damian Noud. The PADS contingent did extremely well, below is a summary of PADS’ achievements in the main challenges:
