2019 PADS Awards Winners

Congratulations to all the winners of the 2019 PADS Annual Awards, presented at our Chistmas Party. In addition, PADS club won the annual Sheepstations Trophy for being the highest scoring club at the BAD Christmas Competition.

2019 President's Award - Senga McLellan
For outstanding contribution to PADS and always being an excellent example of positive attitude and sportsmanship in training and competition.

Arc Award - Margaret Lind
This special trophy is judged on the following criteria:

  • Dog & handler train regularly & consistently strive to achieve to the best of their ability
  • Dog & handler regularly represent the club in agility competitions and compete in a sporting spirit
  • Dog & handler represent the club and promote the sport of dog agility to the public through participation in open days &/or similar public events
  • Handler makes a positive contribution throughout the year to the effective operation of the club and to the welfare & morale of club members


Canine Disc Award - Brian Lees

  • Dog & handler train regularly & consistently strive to achieve to the best of their ability
  • Dog & handler regularly represent the club in disc competitions and compete in a sporting spirit
  • Dog & handler represent the club and promote the sport of disc to the public through participation in open days &/or similar public events
  • Handler makes a positive contribution throughout the year to the effective operation of the club and to the welfare & morale of club members
